The role:

Are you an experienced Paralegal with a solid background in Wills, Estates, and Probate? A specialist law firm with multiple locations across NSW is seeking a highly capable Paralegal to join their busy practice. With a recent acquisition that brings a large volume of work in Wills and Estates, you will be joining a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting letters of administration
Editing and preparing affidavits
Liaising with stakeholders as necessary
Handling probate matters with precision
Providing additional support to clients and lawyers as needed

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in Wills, Estates, and Probate
Familiarity with legal software such as LEAP, Salesforce, and MS Teams
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
