Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager
These leadership roles are key to bringing the Adore Beauty vision to life in Parramatta. You'll lead by example on the shop floor, build a high-performing and inclusive team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience every day.
What you'll be doing:
Recruit, coach and inspire a passionate retail team
Lead day-to-day store operations with confidence and clarity
Drive exceptional customer service and in-store experiences
Own store performance across sales, stock, and team engagement
Partner with HQ to deliver campaigns, launches and activations
Champion culture, safety, and values-led leadership
About you:
Proven experience leading retail teams (beauty or fashion highly regarded)
Confident, hands-on leadership style
Strong understanding of service, stock and sales performance
Empathetic, energetic and results-focused
Casual Beauty Advisors
If you love skincare, beauty and connecting with customers, this could be the perfect fit. Our Casual Beauty Advisors play a vital role in creating personalised, memorable in-store experiences.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Engage with customers and provide tailored product recommendations
Maintain a clean, organised and inviting store environment
Stay up to date with product knowledge, launches and trends
Process transactions and contribute to sales targets
Assist with stock management, replenishment and inventory checks
Support promotions, events and in-store activations
Build strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty
What we're looking for:
Minimum 2 years retail experience (beauty/skincare preferred)
Background as a beauty therapist, hairdresser or makeup artist highly regarded
Strong product knowledge and passion for skincare and beauty
Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Positive, proactive and solution-focused attitude
