About the Job:
The Part-Time Post-Event Lead Housekeeper will be responsible for working after concerts and sporting events held at the venue. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of 20-30 staff members in cleaning operations
• Oversee multiple levels of the venue, including seating bowls, concourses, and suites/clubs
• Coordinate work assignments and schedules
• Report performance issues to the supervisor
• Assist with training new hires and maintaining equipment
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
• No experience required, on-the-job training provided
Preferred Qualifications:
• Customer Service Experience
• One (1) year of similar work experience
