Responsibilities
This position will provide legal advice and counsel on securities laws and reporting for a publicly traded company, ensuring ongoing compliance with all required filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the New York Stock Exchange

Job Summary

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
