THE OPPORTUNITY
Fisher Phillips is an international labor and employment law firm, hiring a talented Partner Recruiting Assistant to support the needs of the firm. This position can be performed hybrid/remote based out of our Atlanta or Houston offices. To view information about our firm, please visit our website at www.fisherphillips.com.
In this role, the Partner Recruiting Assistant will receive an excellent opportunity to learn about law firms and attorney recruiting while working with a friendly and experienced team. Although this role is a hybrid/remote position, you would generally need to be available to work during standard business hours.
Position Responsibilities
• Assist in all areas of lateral partner recruiting.
• Review and process all resume submissions and employment inquiries, enter candidate information into the applicant tracking system and maintain related data and records.
• Schedule and arrange logistics in connection with virtual and in-person interviews for candidates.
• Prepare and organize electronic interview evaluation packets for lateral hiring decisions.
• Solicit and follow up with attorneys for lateral candidate interview evaluations and feedback.
• Assist in coordination of partner strategic growth initiatives.
• Organize and send resumes to all Partner Recruiting Team members.
• Assist with preparing communications and reports, and responding to ad hoc data requests.
• Collaborate with colleagues in offices and other departments regarding recruiting matters.
• Process vendor invoices and department and candidate expenses and monitor budget
• Perform additional duties assigned by the legal recruiting team.
Requirements
• BA/BS degree required.
• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal skills with high level of enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Previous exposure to legal recruiting required.
• Experience with viRecruit is a plus.

• Technical Skills: Possess basic PC skills; ability to use: phone system including voicemail and conference calling; copier; scanner and printer. Possesses good clerical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
