Location: Los Angeles or Las Vegas preferred. West Coast candidates only. Remote flexibility with required travel.

Type: Contract or Part-Time, with Full-Time Potential

Reports to: CCO / Leadership Team

As we grow, we are looking for someone who can help bring Bomber into the right rooms, the right facilities, the right pro shops, the right studios, the right events, and the right partnerships.

This role is rooted in relationships. The goal is revenue.

About the Role

We are seeking a Partnerships & Sales Coordinator to help grow Bomber through wholesale accounts, retail partnerships, studio relationships, event opportunities, and future ambassador and affiliate programs.

This role is for someone who knows how to build trust, open doors, follow through, and close.

The first priority will be selling Bomber wholesale and retail partnership packages. This includes outreach, relationship building, account management, order coordination, and revenue tracking.

Over time, the role may expand into ambassador relationships, affiliate coordination, studio partnerships, event activations, and athlete/community programs.

This is not an admin role. This is a growth role.

Key Responsibilities

Wholesale & Retail Partnership Growth
• Research, identify, and contact potential wholesale and retail partners
• Build relationships with pro shops, gyms, studios, trainers, events, clubs, and performance communities
• Pitch Bomber product and partnership packages with clarity and confidence
• Drive new account opportunities from outreach to close
• Support reorder conversations and long-term account growth
• Maintain organized records of outreach, responses, leads, and deal status

Partner Relationship Management
• Serve as a professional point of contact for new and existing partners
• Communicate product offerings, pricing, minimums, timelines, and next steps
• Coordinate with internal team members on inventory, shipping, invoicing, samples, and fulfillment
• Ensure each partner experience reflects the Bomber standard

Events & Field Growth
• Identify events, studios, gyms, clubs, tournaments, and activations where Bomber should be present
• Attend local and regional opportunities when needed
• Represent Bomber with composure, product knowledge, and professionalism
• Help evaluate opportunities based on revenue potential, audience alignment, and brand fit

Future Growth Areas
• Support ambassador and affiliate programs as the channel develops
• Help identify aligned athletes, trainers, studios, and performance partners
• Track partnership performance and make recommendations for growth
• Support select community activations and product seeding opportunities

What You Bring
• 2+ years in sales, partnerships, retail, fitness, or a client-facing growth role with a strong track record of driving revenue and building relationships
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with outreach, follow-up, pitching, and closing
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-through
• Comfortable tracking leads, sales activity, and partner details
• Based on the West Coast, with ability to drive to local opportunities and travel as needed
• Strong interest in performance apparel, sport, training, wellness, or athlete culture

Compensation

Base plus commission structure.
