Summary
We are currently recruiting for a full-time Parts Counter Sales/Materials & Logistics for our Fort St. John location.

This position will report to the Sales & General Manager, Peace Region.
Role and Responsibilities
The duties of this position will consist primarily of phone and counter customer interaction and materials handling. After-hours parts on-call duties will also be required.
Support customer phone call and walk-in traffic; picking customer orders
Daily expediting of open Purchase Orders
Data entry
Filing of orders, purchase orders, and other items as necessary
Handling of incoming, outgoing, and internal deliveries
Coordination, scheduling and management of the 7/24 on-call parts rotation
(on-call approximately 120-150 days per year)
Coordinate repair returns, warranty confirmation, and tracking
Conduct scheduled stock counts, inventory management
Physical and computerized management of all stock/vendor returns and non-returnable stock
Coordinating with our Safety team for distribution of safety supplies
Qualifications and Skills
High School Diploma required
Forklift operation experience an asset, but not required (training will be provided)
Mechanical aptitude/interest is an asset, but not required
Computer skills (MS Office)
Excellence in customer service
Ability to work independently as well as in team environment
Proven organization, prioritizing, and multi-tasking skills
Detail-oriented
Entrepreneurial work ethic
Valid Class 5 Drivers license
Must be physically capable of lifting to 50 lbs.
