Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accountant with expertise in Busy Software to join our office. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, Debit Credit Notes, Invoice using Busy Software. This is a part-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Qualifications And Skills
· Good Experience in busy software.
· Good Experience in bookkeeping.
· Handling bank reconciliation work.
· Sale & purchase Entry.
· Calculation of GST
· making invoice
· Accounting experience on Online Business (Amazon/Flipkart) Transactions
Roles And Responsibilities
· Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
· Prepare and maintain financial documents such as invoices, bills, and bank reconciliations.
· Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
· Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting-related issues.
· Coordinate with HQ Finance for Daily Operations
