The Receptionist is responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations

Receive, sort, and distribute mail/deliveries
Provide general support to all guests, employees, and leadership
Purchase office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Standard office environment, usually indoors away from the elements with moderate noise
