What this opportunity involves:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team at JLL, working with one of our largest, global clients! As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our reception area, ensuring efficient communication throughout the office, and providing administrative support to various departments.



An Overview of the role:

Greeting visitors and ensuring they feel welcome
Managing security and telecommunications systems
Handling queries via phone, email, and general correspondence
Transferring calls as necessary
Taking and delivering messages to the appropriate staff members promptly
Receiving, sorting, distributing, and dispatching daily mail
Managing office expenses and maintaining accurate records
Coordinating internal and external events
Overseeing office inventory, including stationery, equipment, and furniture
Assisting the HR team with onboarding and termination processes
Ensuring safety and hygiene standards are maintained for the reception area

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional telephone etiquette
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Tech-savvy with the ability to operate office equipment
Previous experience in a customer service industry is preferred
Fast learner, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
