Built at least 5 CRUD apps with authentication, backend databases, and integration with 3rd-party APIs? Perfect—we’ll know within 5 minutes of Step 4 in Our Hiring Process.
2 Test Your Work
Can you read scopes, write test cases, and follow a structured SDLC? We value developers who take pride in delivering polished, functional code.
3 Team Player
Have you worked in a team for at least 1 year? Great! If not, can you show you’re ready to communicate effectively, check emails, and engage with your team? (Soft skills are a must.)

Our Hiring Process
This is a streamlined, human-driven process requiring about 20 hours of your time over 1–1.5 weeks.

Document Review & Q&A - We’ll send you a document to review. Answer a few questions to proceed.
Human Shortlisting - You’ll be shortlisted by a real person, not an algorithm. Check your email (and spam)! Over 25% miss their invites because they didn’t.
Initial Chat - Speak with one of our team members for 30 minutes. Easy, right?
Demo Time - Build and demo a basic CRUD app. This will take 8–16 hours of focused effort.
Offer & Onboarding - If you’re selected, we’ll provide a detailed onboarding plan tailored to your strengths and weaknesses to set you up for success.

Technology We Use
Frameworks: MVVM, SwiftUI, UIKit
Tools: GitLab, Figma
Backend: MongoDB, Firebase
Processes: Handling long-running processes, large datasets, and 3rd-party API calls
Skills: Reading scope docs, implementing SDKs, and building seamless user experiences

Basics:
You must have a Macbook, MacMini or device that allows you to code (access to Xcode)
You must be able to sign, typical company Employment agreements
This is a Full Time, or Part Time job. Some weekends required in the start.
This is a Remote Job - Which means you are reliable / responsible
Rates Starting - Annual CTC for ₹1,705,600 INR to ₹4,264,000 in INR for basic sprints that contain UI/UX and CRUD integration, 3rd party API calls etc
Rates Following - Annual CTC above this rates are those who are self going and also come with Frameworks, Learning skills and can adapt and contribute. All determined during our onboarding process.
Rates for Release Managers, SMEs and other unique capabilities are above these and open to discussion.
