Our client is looking for an expereinced patent practitioner (Patent Attorney or Patent Agent) with a stong technical background. Your responsibilities will be dependent upon your legal experience and/or technical background. The primaray focus will be relating to the preparation and prosecution of patents, strategic portfolio counseling, patent opinions, licensing and due diligence.

Must have at least 2 years solid preparation and prosecution experience in electrical and/or software arts. Depending on your technical background, you may deal with electrical engineering (hardware, circuits, chip design, RF, wirless technologies, consumer and industrial electronics, control systems, etc.) or software technologies (user interfaces, operating systems, network security, mobile applications, databases, cloud computing, etc.), or both. Excellent opportunity for solid client interaction. Premiere work for an impressive client list.

Requirements:
• Minimum BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Biomedical Engineeering, or Computer Science.
• Patent Bar (and California State Bar for an associate)
