Patient Care

• Monitor and record patient’s condition
• Coordinate with doctors and internal/external staff
Candidate should monitor and record vital signs as needed.
Assist with medical appointments and communicate with healthcare providers as necessary.
Provide first aid and emergency care as needed.
Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a nurturing environment.
Listen to residents’ concerns and address them appropriately or escalate them to management.
Ensure safety by identifying and reporting potential hazards.
Assist with meal preparation and serving.
Monitor and document dietary needs and intake.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members.
Report any changes in residents’ health or behavior to the supervisory team promptly.
The job is performed in an old age home setting, which includes interacting with residents who may have various health conditions.
Exposure to communicable diseases and biohazards is possible; proper protective measures are required.
