Accurately check in patients both remotely and in-person and handle cash and credit card payments when necessary
Accurately enter patient, study, and physician information into the Radiology system (Radiant)
Be proficient in digital processes such as Epic MiChart, faxing, scanners, and phones
Assist and direct patients as needed, handling call reports and monitoring patient flow
Be proficient in image archiving and troubleshooting clerical issues
Answer incoming phone calls and triage to appropriate locations
Accurately record phone messages and assure they are forwarded appropriately
Perform entrance screening for patients and other customers
Follow Radiology Gold Standard Customer Service guidelines consistently
Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and teamwork
Work independently in a potentially stressful environment
