Work flexibly from either Brisbane or one of our regional centers; Cairns, Gold Coast, Mackay, Maryborough, Rockhampton, Toowoomba, Townsville, Sunshine Coast. *Based on office availability.

The successful candidate will also have the option to engage in a work from home arrangement that suits the Division under an approved Flexible Work Arrangement.

Key Outcomes and Accountabilities

Assess and prioritise complaints and referrals;
Liaise with complainants, licensees, accountants and internal and external stakeholders;
Provide assistance into investigations of suspected breaches of the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1++1 and monitor requirements, financial requirements and other licence conditions;
Obtain evidence in the form of statements, financial information, and other relevant documents;

Candidate Attributes

Assess complaints into breaches of the Minimum Financial Requirements and other legislation and make appropriate recommendations.
Achieve outcomes through contributing to team goals
Manage cases using research, decision-making, planning and report writing
Communicate with influence to deliver and promote quality customer service
