We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Cameo Consultancy (Recruitment) Limited. As Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for providing accurate payroll services to support the business and employees. This is a permanent position with full-time hours based on site in Banbury.
About the Role
The purpose of this role is to provide an accurate payroll service, including collating monthly payroll data, processing electronic payments, balancing and providing monthly payroll reports to the Finance function. You will also administer salary sacrifice processes, deductions of earnings, and oversee company pension schemes.
In addition to payroll responsibilities, you will support the existing HR Team with general administration and project work. This includes collecting and compiling HR metrics and data, analysing trends and patterns, preparing reports, and presenting findings to the UK HR Business Partner.
You will have complete ownership of the payroll service, benefit administration, and will be responsible for managing payroll systems, suggesting changes and upgrades when required. You will also advise on the payroll implications of future changes, such as HMRC and pension regulations.
