Since 1927, The Hollywood Roosevelt has been more than a hotel. Today, we continue that story, welcoming guests from around the world who want to experience the glamour and energy of Hollywood.

We are looking for a PBX Operator at The Hollywood Roosevelt who will provide the highest level of customer service possible while assisting guests over the phone. Their job duties require style and service attributes that are key to creating a positive guest experience.

What you will do

As a PBX Operator, you will deliver exceptional customer service by answering and managing calls with professionalism and efficiency. You will accurately transfer calls, ensure proper follow-through on guest needs, and communicate effectively with all departments regarding guest inquiries and requests. Your role includes maintaining strong knowledge of all hotel offerings, outlets, operating hours, an in-house event, while also providing general local information to assist guests. You will be responsible for upholding confidentiality and ensuring the PBX and back-office areas remain clean and well-organized. Additionally, you will prioritize and complete assigned duties within each shift, support a positive and collaborative team environment, promptly address guest concerns, and follow all policies and procedures set forth by the Hollywood Roosevelt. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
