Job Description

Cleanliness of whole office dusting, reception, computer table, windows, doors, sofa & other furniture etc.
- Helping all the employees for printing and scanning of documents and filing them
- Keeping an eye on housekeeping staff for cleaning
- Greeting & serving water and other beverages to the clients and staff
- Washing off water bottle on daily basis
- Banking and other outside work
- Cleaning of refrigerator once in week
- Cleaning pantry everyday
- Checking the stock of housekeeping material
- Cleaning of coffee machine and water cooler daily basis
- All work given by Manager and Floor managers should be done properly and should be acknowledged after the work is done.
