Sea Containers London, an iconic hotel on the Southbank, is searching for a dedicated and passionate People & Culture Executive to join our dynamic team. Known for our vibrant atmosphere, exceptional guest experiences, and stunning riverside views, we pride ourselves on fostering a workplace that celebrates creativity, collaboration, and individuality.
Your Role:
As the People & Culture Executive, you will be at the heart of creating an exceptional employee experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the daily operations of the People & Culture department, ensuring smooth processes and a welcoming environment.
• Assisting with recruitment and onboarding, making sure every new team member feels valued and part of our unique culture.
• Managing employee relations, providing support, and offering solutions to promote a positive workplace.
• Coordinating training and development programs, ensuring team members grow and excel in their roles.
• Assisting with payroll administration, ensuring all details are accurate and timely.
• Championing company culture initiatives, from wellness programs to social events, making Sea Containers London an inspiring place to work.
What We're Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a People and Culture role
• Obtained or working towards a CIPD qualification
• Good communication (verbal, listening, writing)
• Excellent administration skills
• Good organisation skills
• Good grasp of Microsoft Office skills
• Emotional intelligence
Salary: Competitive + service charge
