Role Responsibilities
• Develop and implement people strategies that support the company’s business goals.
• Lead initiatives in employee engagement and well-being across the organization.
• Facilitate effective recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
• Enhance and maintain workplace diversity and inclusion programs.
• Manage performance management systems to ensure optimal employee performance.
• Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures to all employees.
• Design and oversee employee training and development programs.
• Analyze and report on employee feedback and engagement metrics.
• Provide expert advice in employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Support management in organizational development and change management strategies.
• Coordinate succession planning and talent management processes.
• Maintain compliance with employment legislation and regulations.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and teamwork.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on HR-related topics.
• Build strong relationships with team members to assess their HR needs.

Qualifications
• Master's in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven track record in employee engagement and talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and compliance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with performance management processes.
• Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change.
• Proficient in HR software and data analytics.
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Willingness to adapt to changing organizational needs.
