We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated People Operations Intern to join our team. This role will provide support to our People Ops department with project-related tasks, ensuring seamless onboarding, offboarding, and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, preparing reports, and performing day-to-day administrative tasks
• Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding process for new team members, including system updates
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor laws
• Support the development and implementation of people process enhancements, including standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Requirements:
• Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Familiarity with HRIS software is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
