Job Description
Summary:
The Performance Management Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's performance management system. This includes working with managers and employees to set goals, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews. The Performance Management Executive also plays a key role in identifying and addressing performance issues, as well as developing and implementing training and development programs to help employees improve their performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the company's performance management system, ensuring that it is aligned with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
• Work with managers and employees to set clear and measurable performance goals.
• Provide regular feedback to employees on their performance, both positive and constructive.
• Conduct performance reviews and make recommendations for salary increases, promotions, and other personnel actions.
• Identify and address performance issues.
• Develop and implement training and development programs to help employees improve their performance.
• Collect and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Report on performance metrics to senior management.
