Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our digital marketing campaigns and optimizing their performance. You will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in paid advertising, data analysis, and campaign optimization to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve key business objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage performance-based digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, ad targeting, and audience segmentation to ensure optimal campaign performance.
• Monitor campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance metrics to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue goals.
• Utilize data analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and uncover actionable insights for continuous optimization.
• Conduct A/B tests and multivariate experiments to refine targeting, messaging, and creative elements.
• Optimize campaigns based on performance data, including bid adjustments, budget reallocation, and audience targeting refinements.
• Regularly analyze conversion funnels and identify areas for improvement to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing successful performance-based campaigns, preferably in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to drive campaign insights and optimizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience preferred Proven work experience as a Content Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing copywriting skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong command of grammar and punctuation. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
