Join Finalrentals, a forward-thinking car rental startup, where innovation and results drive us forward. We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital initiatives, optimize online presence, and elevate our brand across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals, ensuring a strong online presence and maximum reach.
Performance Marketing: Lead and manage performance marketing campaigns across key channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms, focusing on ROI and meeting KPI targets.
Website Traffic Analysis: Regularly analyze website traffic and engagement metrics using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and strategic recommendations to improve user experience and drive conversions.
SEO & Content Optimization: Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure the website is SEO-optimized and aligned with current best practices to enhance organic search visibility.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor paid search and social media advertising campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal performance.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget efficiently, ensuring the best ROI on all paid media investments.
A/B Testing and Experimentation: Conduct A/B testing for various ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging to find the most effective tactics.
Performance Reporting: Generate regular reports that detail campaign performance, site analytics, insights, and strategic recommendations for improvements.
Market Research: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, new tools, and platform updates, and integrate them into the marketing strategy where relevant.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to brand communication.
Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio) and the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager), keyword research tools, and marketing automation software.
SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
Creativity: A creative mindset to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in an easily understandable manner.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the performance marketing.
Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
Familiarity with other advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
Hands-on experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
