Responsibilities: - Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels. - Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to drive effective campaign strategies. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives. - Utilize A/B testing and data-driven insights to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making real-time adjustments to maximize conversion rates and ROI. - Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing. - Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations. - Identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and improvement in performance marketing efforts. Requirements: - Proven experience in performance marketing, with a track record of successful campaign execution and ROI improvement. - Proficiency in using performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. - A creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad copy and visuals. - Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels is a plus.
