Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, execute, and optimize paid marketing strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including strategy, creative briefing, ad setup, tracking, and reporting.
• Analyze performance data to uncover actionable insights, optimize ROI, and identify opportunities for scale.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ideate, test, and iterate on ad creatives and messaging.
• Own performance marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation to maximize revenue and growth.
• Stay updated on platform changes, market trends, and emerging channels to stay ahead of the curve.
• Conduct A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize campaigns and improve user acquisition and retention.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a D2C or eCommerce environment.
• Proficiency in managing ad platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset; experience with tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to scale campaigns profitably while maintaining brand integrity.
• Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and understanding of customer journeys.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (creative, product, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
