Must be extremely comfortable with numbers and performance analysis with exposure to analytics in subscription business models considered a strong plus
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as GA4, PowerBI, Microsoft Excel or other similar reporting tools
Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns and projects to drive customer acquisitions while ensuring timely delivery
Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to maintaining brand consistency and quality standard
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude in addressing challenges and finding solutions
Self-motivated and goal-driven attitude, with a desire to get things done and make an impact

Responsibilities
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll lead all things acquisition through our Paid Social & Display, Paid Search channels, and will play a pivotal role in achieving revenue objectives through our in-house paid media programs
You’ll plan, execute and optimize performance-based marketing campaigns across various online platforms
Owning, managing & optimizing PPC and paid social programs
Applying strategic, analytical, and a critical eye towards campaign performance
Tracking, analyzing, reporting and optimizing programs - keeping stakeholders informed of performance wins, opportunities, and risks
Identifying and evaluating new opportunities for growth across digital channels
Regularly iterating upon our digital marketing efforts (spend strategies, creative, etc.)
to improve performance against customer acquisition targets and KPIs
Supporting forecasting and budget management to ensure accurate spend and pacing and helping with monthly billing process including invoice tracking and reconciliation for activated media
Prioritizing tasks effectively to maximize impact and meet business objectives
Maintaining a flexible approach to respond to shifting priorities and emerging opportunities
Drive growth in customer acquisition through strategic initiatives
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance targets for key metrics (CPA, ROAS, revenue growth, new customer acquisition)
Develop, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns that achieve targeted results
