We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance-based marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Compensation: INR 25,000-INR 35,000/PM

Job Responsibilities:
• Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan - For near, Facebook and Organic
• Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns - On near, Facebook and organic
• Managing budgets and campaigns across Fb and Google digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
• Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
• Identifying and testing new campaigns to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
• Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including but not limited to paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
• Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting campaign performance, ROI, and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design, content, and development, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist or in a similar role, with a track record of successful campaign management and measurable results.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively.
