Position Overview:
As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Ellork International, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital marketing efforts. You will be responsible for creating and implementing effective performance marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, Google, and meta ads. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in marketing within the fashion, personal care, or FMCG industries and will possess a deep understanding of digital advertising strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), Google Ads, and meta advertising channels (e.g., Facebook Meta).
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation and competitor analysis to inform campaign targeting and optimization.
- Create compelling ad creatives and ad copy to maximize click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates (CVR).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure alignment between ad creatives and marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging advertising platforms, and digital marketing best practices.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in performance marketing, with a focus on fashion brands, personal care brands, or FMCG brands.
- Strong knowledge an creativity of social media advertising, Google Ads, and meta advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in using advertising analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager).
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging ad creatives and copy.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
