[PERM] Event Executive (up $3500)

Responsibilities:
• Participate in project management activities and work-in-progress meetings.
• Fulfil the day-to-day event management needs
• Develop a strong working relationship with clients, venues and suppliers.
• Coordinate all aspects of the event management process.
• Ensure timely dissemination to all relevant stakeholders of all project management documentation and administration.
• Participate and contribute to the creative and event management activities.
• Contribute to accurate budget scoping, tracking, reconciliation and reporting.
• Ensure client needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
• Provide effective support to the team members.
• Perform other roles & responsibilities as requested based on business needs.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the meetings, incentive travel, conferences, exhibitions and special events industry or related experience.
• Both Hybrid & Live and Virtual events experiences are required.
• Good client relationship management skills.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
