Job Profile - Personal Secretary
Company Name – Technology Mindz, Jaipur
Work Location – Jaipur (work from office)
Experience - 5+ years
Skills -
Dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive .
Preparing reports, presentations and correspondence and managing databases and filing systems.
Arranging for the meetings and presentations. Reviewing the presentations beforehand.
Writing and circulating the Meeting agenda, preside over the meetings where the CEO cannot be present, minutes of the meeting.
Handling the common tasks of the CEO office and making a plan of the day.
Arranging meetings with vendors etc.
Coordinating with the accounts department for salary calculation.
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is a must (Any graduate).
