Responsibilities:
• Curriculum Development and Delivery:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive physics curriculum aligned with national or state standards.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cover key concepts, principles, and applications of physics.
• Use a variety of instructional strategies, resources, and technology tools to enhance student learning and understanding.
• Assessment and Evaluation:
• Design and administer assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate student progress and mastery of physics concepts.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their performance and areas for improvement.
• Analyze assessment data to identify student learning needs and adjust instructional strategies as necessary.
• Lab Instruction and Practical Work:
• Conduct laboratory experiments and hands-on activities to reinforce theoretical concepts and develop scientific inquiry skills.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during lab sessions and provide guidance on proper lab techniques and procedures.
• Supervise and support students in conducting independent research projects or science fair experiments.
• Classroom Management:
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported.
• Establish and enforce classroom rules and expectations to promote a productive learning atmosphere.
• Manage student behavior effectively and address disciplinary issues in accordance with school policies.
• Parent Communication:
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, academic performance, and participation in class.
• Respond promptly to parent inquiries, concerns, and requests for meetings or conferences.
• Collaborate with parents to support student learning and academic success.
• Professional Development:
• Stay current with developments in the field of physics education, instructional methods, and assessment practices.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, workshops, and conferences to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and instructional strategies.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree or higher in Physics or a related field (required).
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching certification (required).
• Previous experience teaching physics at the secondary level (preferred).
• Deep understanding of physics concepts, principles, and applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong classroom management skills and ability to create a positive learning environment.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and software for instruction and assessment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
