Communicating with Dean of Schools regarding students at risk
Participating in faculty meetings and in-service trainings
Follow applicable requirements for Continuing Education Units
Teach didactic and hands-on/ lab components of an assigned course(s), or program according to the IEC
Enforcing all classroom management policies and processes, including attendance taking and program-related dress code
Conducting one-on-one student advisements, course-specific student academic remediation and student coaching/tutoring
Provides professional role model for Students
Assist Students to develop an understanding of values, attitudes, and ideals appropriate to the health care profession
Assist with the implementation and evaluation of program services and initiatives
Plans, implements, evaluate, and coordinates appropriate student and faculty support
Participates and assists in leading accreditation for Medical Program maintenance Instructs medical courses quarterly, per scheduling needs Assists with coordination and presentation of Advisory Board, Academic Governance Committee, and curriculum development meetings
Consults with faculty members to ensure effective and efficient program support Collaborates with others to assist with problem identification and resolution, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures
Provides leadership and operational oversight of the department
