Role andResponsibilities:We arecurrently seeking a talented and motivated individual for the roleof Phone Sales Representative. In this role, you will beresponsible for making outbound customer calls to promote and sellour products. Your key responsibilities willinclude:
Using a preparedscript to reference important aspects of our products and servicesto encourage customers to make apurchase
Building relationships with customersand answering any questions or concerns they mayhave
Providing advice and support to customersregarding their purchased products
Identifyingopportunities for cross-selling andupselling
Maintaining exceptional servicestandards and ensuring customersatisfaction
Consolidating our existingcustomer base and expanding it through building newrelationships
Maintaining data security andconfidentiality
Boosting morale in the officeby fostering teamwork and a positive salesculture
Reporting any necessary changes toimprove productivity and efficiency
Achievingsales targets and delivering exceptionalresults
CandidateQualifications:To excel inthis role, you should possess the followingqualifications:
Minimum 3years of international outbound sales experience, preferably in theUK, US, or Australian markets
Excellent Englishcommunication skills with a neutralaccent
Strong conversational skills and fluencyin spoken English
Experience in working withsales targets
Experience with dialers ispreferred
A team player with a positiveattitude and strong interpersonal skills
Aninterest in and willingness to learn aboutwines
Flexibility to work in shifts, with afive-day working week
