Below Are Broad Expectations From This Role

Bionic Phone Manager has the responsibility of driving sales in tandem with the BDM and achieving sales targets together from assigned bank branches.

Target Achievement

Drive sales and achieve business targets in tandem with the BDM through closure of generated leads from assigned bank branches.

Selling company products inline to customer expectations.

Achieve business targets resolve service issues in branch.

Relationship Management

Phone Manager has to ensure thorough follow up and closure of leads generated by the mapped BDM from the assigned bank branches.

Place dispositions against all leads and submit application for all closed leads into system for further processing.

Phone Manager will be responsible to resolve instant service issues in assigned branches.

Provide complete policy details to the customer over call along with product literature wherever needed, follow up and close the leads.

Submission closure of CFR and ANI in system.

Engage customers through discussions with the purpose of apprising them about company products / offerings, understand their issues/ concerns about insurance (if any) and close the lead.

Ensure that all service requirements are met, medicals facilitated in a timely manner, and customers are satisfied with the products.

Phone Manager needs to engage and build a good rapport with the BDM/ Floor Manager/ Field Sales.

Meet quantitative and qualitative targets on monthly basis.

Maintain call quality standards as mentioned in the KPIs.

WORK EXPERIENCE: Insurance / Inside Sales / Tell Calling sales targets model

Competencies

Basic computer knowledge/technological skills.

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to build rapport with people and be a good listener

Ability to provide information clearly and effectively

Sound knowledge of telephone etiquette

A go-getter with a penchant for sales target-based incentives.
