About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Lead who can drive user-centric design strategies while also having expertise in creative strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of user experience and interface design, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and engaging digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the UI/UX team in designing web and mobile applications.
Develop and implement UX strategies based on user research and data analysis.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs.
Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept to final execution.
Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience.
Stay updated with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Manage video production and motion graphics for digital projects.
Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to align UI/UX with overall brand vision.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a UI/UX Lead or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work and video production projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Photoshop.
Experience with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Solid understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
