PHP Developer and Designer

We are looking for a PHP developer who works on both, the front -end and the back-end of a website.

We are looking for a PHP Developer to join our dynamic team. As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for designing our Website and App, developing and maintaining code, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating existing applications, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Design and develop our Website and web-based applications using PHP and other web technologies
Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality applications
Maintain and update existing applications, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently
Troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development
Ensure that all code is. optimized for maximum speed and scalability
Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and workflows

Knowledge of Joomla, Codeigniter, Cake PHP is a must.
Designing and implementing new features and functionality.
Establishing and guiding the websites architecture
Developing front end website architecture.
Developing back-end website applications.
Determining the structure and design of web pages.
Developing features to enhance the user experience.
Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site.
Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects
Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.
Sound understanding of web design principles & guidelines.
Solid understanding of layout principles, color theory & typography.
Innovative and possessing creative design ideas.
Good team player who proactively works in achieving team & company goals.
Quick learner and capable of mastering new skills efficiently.
Should possess excellent communication skills and be able to prepare technical PPT's outlining web designs, conduct demos and document repeatable procedures to facilitate knowledge transfer amongst team members & to relevant stakeholders.
Organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.

Nice to have skills:-
At least 3-6 years of experience in PHP and related technologies.
Knowledge of PHP 5, MySQL, Drupal, YII, Java Script, Jquery, Ajax HTML, CSS 3 are required.
Experience building Backend and Frontend user interfaces for websites and/or web applications.
Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages.
Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.
Graphic design experience using Photoshop, Illustrator or any similar tools.
Solid understanding of UI/UX design techniques
Good knowledge of SEO guidelines.
Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, ASP Java, PHP, and .Net.
Sound knowledge of any industry standard wireframe tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Invision etc

Basic knowledge on any industry standard UI libraries preferably Bootstrap
