Summary

This position is located at a Various Service Units within the Navajo Area Indian Health Service. The primary purpose of this position is be responsible for directing and providing physical therapy evaluation and treatment, education, and consultation for the Physical Therapy Program to improve the health and well being of patients through the prevention and treatment of disease, disability and injury.
