Job Summary:

As a Picker/Packer , you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. You will handle, pick, and pack medical products efficiently while maintaining quality standards and adhering to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment:
Accurately pick items from the inventory based on order slips or handheld devices.
Cross-check product details (batch number, expiry date, quantity) to ensure accuracy.
Packing Operations:
Safely pack products using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
Label packages with necessary information, including customer details and tracking information.
Inventory Management:
Ensure proper handling and storage of items to maintain quality and avoid damage.
Report discrepancies, low stock levels, or damaged items to the supervisor.
Quality Control:
Conduct a final check to ensure all orders meet company standards before dispatch.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the packing area.
Safety Compliance:
Follow company policies and safety procedures during all operations.
Use equipment responsibly and report any issues promptly.
Qualifications:

Education: Minimum 10th Pass.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role preferred.
Skills:
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of inventory systems and tools (training will be provided).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Work Schedule:

Rotational shifts (including weekends, if necessary).
Flexibility to work overtime during high-demand periods.
