We are looking for a seasoned and results-oriented Plant Head to lead our AAC block manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the plant, ensuring efficient production, high-quality products, and adherence to safety regulations.

Responsibilities

1. Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.

2. Oversee and manage all aspects of the AAC block manufacturing plant, including production, quality control, maintenance, and safety.

3. Develop and implement production plans that meet customer demand and company targets.

4. Ensure adherence to strict quality control procedures to maintain consistent product quality.

5. Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.

6. Manage plant maintenance activities to ensure smooth operation and prevent downtime.

7. Implement and enforce all safety regulations to create a safe working environment for employees.

8. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of plant personnel.

+. Manage plant budget and resources effectively.

10. Identify and implement cost-saving measures.

11. Prepare and submit reports on production, quality, and plant performance.

12. Liaise with other departments such as sales, logistics, and procurement.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

2. Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the AAC block manufacturing industry.

3. Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams.

4. In-depth knowledge of AAC block manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.

5. Excellent understanding of production planning and scheduling principles.

6. Experience in implementing and maintaining a safe work environment.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

8. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

+. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

10. Proficiency in using relevant manufacturing software (e.g., MRP systems).
