Job description
Platform Lead/Architect
> Seasoned technologist passionate about frictionless engineering, someone who has worked to automate repetitive manual tasks because of inefficiency.
> Must have:
> 10+ years of overall professional experience.
> 4+ years Application Development experience is a must. (Production Support / DevOps only experience / SRE experience is not relevant.)
> 4+ years of experience in Building, Deploying and Managing Kubernetes (multiple projects – cloud & on prem)
> Experience in automation - Infrastructure as code ( IAC) using tools like GitOps, Crossplane, Terraform, Ansible etc.
> Experience with one or more CD tools out of – Github Actions, CircleCI, FluxCD, Agro CD, Spinnaker
> Nice to have:
> Ideal candidate would have experience in working in ‘Developer platform’ team or ‘Engineering Productivity’ team.
> Experience with service mesh e.g., Istio, App Mesh
> Experience with serverless Architecture or Even Driven Architecture
> Experience working in mature agile teams – scrum / XP
> Qualification:
> Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related study, or equivalent experience
> 10 + years of experience spanning at least two IT disciplines.
