Plumber

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of plumbing systems, be able to read blueprints and schematics, and have experience with both residential and commercial plumbing projects. This role requires a hands-on approach, utilizing various tools and techniques to ensure efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems.

Duties

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to specifications.
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters and HVAC technicians as needed.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations during all work performed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Skills

Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to plumbing tasks.
Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Experience in welding techniques for pipe joining when necessary.
Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus for integrated projects.
Ability to plumb various fixtures including sinks, toilets, showers, and water heaters.
Skills in assembling components for plumbing systems efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
