Plumbers - Journeyman, 3rd, 4th Year Apprentices
As a Commercial Plumber, you will play a crucial role in our team, executing plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for a wide range of commercial projects. Responsibilities:
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine plumbing system layouts and configurations.
• Install and connect pipes, fixtures, valves, pumps, and other plumbing components.
• Inspect plumbing systems to identify and troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any concerns or inquiries.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial plumbing for 3rd year apprentices, 4 years for 4th year apprentices, and a valid journeyman plumber’s license for journeymen.
• Solid understanding of plumbing codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing materials, tools, and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environmental conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
