Plumbing Design Engineer

Designation: Design Engineer – Plumbing / Fire Fighting

· Qualification: B.E. Mechanical / Civil

· Desired Experience: 5 - 10 years.

Designing and Drawing layouts and drainage, storm water, internal plumbing, water supply, Water supply SLD, water demand, Tender Documents, firefighting etc.

· Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Hospital, Institutional experience

· Designing and monitoring swimming pool & treatment plant will be an added advantage.
Prepare tender documents for the above-mentioned services with direct coordination with related consultants and architect.

· Costing and estimation along with Budget , rate analysis as per DSR / CPWDand other related norms.
Maintain documents and records.

· Design Fire Fighting system both Internal and External.

· Design sprinkler/ hydrant system for respective application.

· Inspect and audit STPs, WTPs, Water pumping stations, External services, etc.

· Attending meetings with clients and clarifying their queries.

· Site visits for ensuring quality during execution, measurement.
