Must be knowledgeable in the plumbing trade. Skill knowledge includes, but is not limited to, water heater repair/change out, faucet installation, toilet repairs or replacement, shower valve change outs, leak repairs, fixture repairs, drop-in sink installations, shut off valve change-outs, and kitchen and bath disconnect and reconnects.
