Avari Beauty is seeking a passionate and detail oriented Permanent Makeup Artist to join our team. We’re known for our elevated service experience, natural aesthetic, and focus on continued education. This role is ideal for an artist who values both creativity and client care and is ready to grow their craft in a supportive, professional environment.

Commission based pay structure (Hourly range listed on Indeed reflects average equivalent earnings based on commission potential. Artists can also earn tips.)

Responsibilities:

Perform permanent makeup services such as brow microblading, powder brows, lip blush, or eyeliner
Ensure safe, sanitary, and professional service standards in compliance with MN Department of Health regulations
Conduct thorough client consultations to achieve desired results
Maintain accurate client records and service notes
Educate clients on aftercare and product recommendations
Contribute to a positive and professional team environment
Ideal Candidate:

Licensed in the state of Minnesota for permanent makeup or tattoo artistry (or currently in process)
Strong attention to detail and artistic skill
Professional, reliable, and team oriented
Passionate about continued education and staying current with PMU trends
Excellent communication and client service skills
