We are seeking highly organized and detail oriented Policy Administrator to join our insurance brokerage team. As a Policy Administrator , you will play an important role in providing admin support, upload policies on portals, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Duties:
Uploading new application's database to the company's portal.
Ensuring that all policy documents are accurately uploaded and categorized correctly within the system.
Verifying that all required documents, such as terms and conditions, endorsements, and coverage details, are included in the uploads.
Reviewing policies for completeness and ensuring accuracy of data, such as policyholder information, coverage details, and premium amounts after the policy is issued.
Cross-checking the uploaded policy details to make sure they match the originals.
Assisting policyholders or customer service teams in retrieving policies from the portal as needed
Ensuring the proper storage and archiving of old policy documents for future reference or audits.
Responding to internal inquiries related to policy uploads or document availability.
Staying updated with any regulatory changes affecting policy documentation and uploading practices.
Collaborating with the underwriting, legal, and claims teams to ensure policies are accurately uploaded and available in the system.
Communicating with other departments to facilitate smooth processing of insurance policies.
Type, file and organize documents and correspondence.
Provide general admin support to the team as required.
Requirements:
Successful completion of Grade 12 or higher.
Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft office, Google Suite.
Strong organizational skills with ability to priorities tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with insurance terminology and documents
Basic knowledge of insurance products
Proficiency with document management systems, databases, and portals
Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues related to the portal
Good communication skills
Bilingual (English, Punjabi and Hindi) preferred.
The role would likely be suited to someone with good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with digital systems effectively.
