Overview

Commercial Aquatics Australia (Vic) have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Pool Service Technician to join our Service team in a full-time permanent capacity, located in the Greater Melbourne Area. The position is responsible to provide maintenance, repair and troubleshooting tasks for commercial pools and aquatic centres. The ideal candidate will have a trade background, Pool, Pump or Waste & Water Treatment experience.

Key Responsibilities: -

Completing scheduled maintenance and service of all mechanical pool operations.
Completing reactive and breakdown maintenance work as required.
Assist with filtration system replacement and upgrades.
Water testing and calibration.
Participate in commercial pool commissioning.
Maintain accurate service records.
Maintain and enhance client relationships.


Qualifications and Requirements:

Trade certificate in Plumbing / Electrical / Mechanical is desirable but not essential.
Pool, pumps, wastewater or chemical treatment experience is desirable.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Ability to work autonomously.
Willing to participate in a rotating on-call roster (on call allowance provided).
Flexibility and willingness to work on regional sites during the week.
Valid drivers' license.
Current Police Clearance and Working with Children check, or willingness to obtain one.
Ability to operate an iPad & strong Microsoft office skills
