Our PACU Team are looking for their next leader as the current PACU Team Leader is off on a new venture!

The Post Anaesthetic Care Unit is well-established, with a skilled and passionate team already in place. The processes and procedures have been set up, but with continuous improvement one of Kaweka's core values, we're looking for someone who isn't afraid to make suggestions, take suggestions and empower the team to do the same.

If you're someone who knows how to encourage, engage and inspire those around you, then you're just the kind of leader we're looking for. You'll need to be able to give us examples of where you've had opportunities to showcase your skills and abilities through previous experience.

Previous experience as a PACU nurse will obviously help you hit the ground running. It's a unique environment so we'd love some passionate and professional, but you also need to be someone who knows how to keep things light and have fun at work.
