As a Post Room Specialist, you will be responsible for enabling colleagues across Metro Bank to effectively communicate with our customers and stakeholders via postal services. As a central point of contact for colleague bump ups at Amaze Central Holborn, you'll support both inbound and outbound postal services alongside workplace services in the office.

What you will do:

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all postal-related inquiries, stay informed of updates, and communicate with key stakeholders

• Oversee both inbound and outbound postal services for Amaze Central Holborn

• Handle the management of the post room's shared mailbox

• Record and track all incoming parcels to ensure they are delivered accurately

• Order and maintain office stationery supplies to ensure consistent availability

• Manage and oversee the courier services utilized by the business

• Process business card orders for colleagues throughout the bank

• Support in the creation of post processes and supporting documentation

• Offer support and provide coverage to the Workplace team as needed

• Any other duties as required that reasonably fall within the role

What you will need:

• Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders

• Excellent communication skills

• Be able to prioritise and work well under pressure

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft office technologies, specifically in Excel & Outlook

• Experience using phone systems, copiers and printers
